Add oil to a large wok heated on a medium to high heat.

Add garlic, chicken, char siu and prawns and stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes.

Then add the peas and stir-fry for a further 30 seconds.

Push everything to one side of the wok. Add the egg, let it cook for a few seconds before scrambling it into small pieces.

Push everything to one side of the wok. Add the rice to the empty space, use the back of your spoon to break up any clumps. Then, stir-fry everything together for about 30 seconds, ensuring they are well combined.
250 g Cooked Jasmine Rice
Add the diced spring onions and stir-fry for a further 15 seconds.

Add the soy sauce and sesame oil to the wok and stir fry until the rice turns a golden-brown colour. Remove from the heat and enjoy!
