- 150 g Self-Raising Flour
- 150 ml Milk
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Egg (Large)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
In a large mixing bowl, add self-raising flour, sugar, cinnamon and baking powder. Mix well until combined.
Add the milk, egg and vanilla extract to the mixing bowl and whisk together until the mixture is evenly mixed.
Heat a non-stick pan over a medium heat and lightly grease the pan with oil (or butter).
Pour the pancake batter into the pan and leave the mixture to cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until bubbles have formed all over.
Flip the pancake over and use a spatula to break the pancake apart.
Scramble the pancake for 30 seconds or until cooked through and golden.
