Roasted Tenderstem Broccoli With Garlic

Tender and crispy roasted tenderstem broccoli with garlic, salt, black pepper and olive oil. This recipe is so easy, and it tastes so good.

- 200 g Tenderstem Broccoli
- 2 Cloves Garlic (Sliced)
- 2-3 tbsp Olive Oil
- Pinch Salt Optional
- Pinch Pepper Optional
Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C Fan, gas mark 4).
Place the tenderstem broccoli on a baking or roasting tray. Arrange the broccoli in an even line along the tray.
Drizzle olive oil over the tenderstem broccoli, then sprinkle sliced garlic, black pepper, and a pinch of salt for added flavour.
Roast in the oven for 15 minutes or until tender.
Recipe Variations
- Add a little bit of lemon
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top before roasting it in the oven
- Add nuts (pine nuts, flaked almonds, walnuts)
- Sprinkle chilli flakes for extra heat!
