Roasted Tenderstem Broccoli With Garlic

Tender and crispy roasted tenderstem broccoli with garlic, salt, black pepper and olive oil. This recipe is so easy, and it tastes so good.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 200 g Tenderstem Broccoli
  • 2 Cloves Garlic (Sliced)
  • 2-3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Pinch Salt Optional
  • Pinch Pepper Optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C Fan, gas mark 4).
  • Place the tenderstem broccoli on a baking or roasting tray. Arrange the broccoli in an even line along the tray.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the tenderstem broccoli, then sprinkle sliced garlic, black pepper, and a pinch of salt for added flavour.
  • Roast in the oven for 15 minutes or until tender.

Recipe Variations
  • Add a little bit of lemon
  • Sprinkle grated cheese on top before roasting it in the oven
  • Add nuts (pine nuts, flaked almonds, walnuts)
  • Sprinkle chilli flakes for extra heat!
