Instructions
Marinate the chicken with garlic granules, onion granules, black pepper, mixed herbs, chilli flakes and salt, then set aside for later use.
500 g Diced Chicken,
1 tbsp Garlic Granules,
1 tbsp Onion Granules,
1 tbsp Mixed Herbs,
1 tsp Black Pepper,
1 tsp Chilli Flakes,
1 tsp salt
Dice the leek, onion and mushrooms. Heat a pan over a medium heat, then stir-fry the vegetables until they have cooked down and softened.
300 g Mushrooms,
1 Leek,
1 Onion
Add the diced chicken and stir-fry until it's opaque on all sides.
Add the cream cheese and seasonings, then mix everything together for 3 to 5 minutes or until combined and creamy.
600 g Cream Cheese,
1 tbsp Garlic Granules,
2 tbsp Soy Sauce,
1 tbsp Onion Granules,
1 tsp Black Pepper,
1 tsp Chilli Flakes,
1 tsp turmeric
Pour the filling into a pie dish, top with a layer of puff pastry, brush with egg wash, and bake it in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the pastry has puffed up and golden brown.
