Ingredients

  • 2 Slices Of Brioche Bread Or Any Bread
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tbsp Biscoff Spread
  • 1 tbsp Caster Sugar
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Butter For Frying
  • Toppings Ice Cream, Biscoff Spread & Crushed Biscoff Biscuits

Instructions

  • If you’re using a loaf of bread, cut the bread into thick slices. They should be roughly 5cm thick.
  • For each slice, cut a small slit in one of the sides. The slit should be in the middle of the side and reach the centre of the bread.
Watch the video to see how I did this.
  • In a mixing bowl add milk, caster sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon and an egg. Whisk until combined.
  • Melt the Biscoff spread in the microwave for a few seconds, it should be slightly runny.
  • Using a spoon or piping bag, pipe the Biscoff mixture into the slits made.
  • Heat a frying pan on a low to medium heat and add a tablespoon of butter (add more if necessary).
  • Dip the slices of bread (on both sides) into the French toast batter and fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown on each side.
    Add your toppings and enjoy!
