These Terms
These terms apply to every order you place through the shop on mymorningmocha.com. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to them. The shop sells to consumers with a UK delivery address.
The Book
Craving a Takeaway is a hardback cookbook. Each copy is printed to order by our print partner. Photos on the site are for illustration, and colours on screen may differ slightly from the printed book.
Placing an Order
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email to confirm your order is being processed. If we can’t accept your order, for example because of a pricing error or a problem with payment, we’ll tell you and won’t take payment, or will refund you in full.
Pre-Orders
If you order before the release date, your payment is taken when you order and your book will be printed and sent around the release date shown on the product page. If the release date changes, we’ll email you the new date. You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it’s dispatched for a full refund.
Price and Payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include delivery to UK addresses. Printed books are zero-rated for VAT. Payment is taken by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay when you place your order, and is processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only, and delivery is free. Every copy is printed to order, which takes up to 7 working days, then sent by tracked delivery, which normally takes 3 to 5 working days. You’ll get an email when your book is on its way. If it hasn’t arrived, see our refunds and returns policy.
Your Right To Cancel
You can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive your book. How to do this, and how refunds work, is set in our refunds and returns policy.
If Something Is Wrong With Your Book
If your book is faulty, damaged or misprinted. Please see the refunds and returns policy for how to let me know and what I’ll do.
Using The Recipes
Please take care when cooking, particularly when deep frying or working with hot oil. The book makes no dietary claims. Always check ingredient labels for allergens, as products and recipes vary between brands.

The recipes, text and photographs in Craving a Takeaway are protected by copyright. Please don’t copy, share or republish them without permission.
