Here's how to make a tasty smoked salmon roulade with a herby and garlicky cream cheese filling. The taste is so good.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 500 g Smoked Salmon
  • 200 g Cream Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Chives (Diced)
  • 1 tbsp Dill (Diced)
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Granules
  • ½ tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Add the cream cheese to a mixing bowl. Add all the seasonings and herbs then mix until everything is well combined.
    200 g Cream Cheese, 1 tbsp Chives, 1 tbsp Dill, 1 tbsp Black Pepper, 1 tbsp Garlic Granules, ½ tsp Salt
  • Lay a sheet of cling film on your work surface.
  • Arrange large slices of smoked salmon on top, slightly overlapping each piece to avoid gaps.
    500 g Smoked Salmon
  • Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture over the salmon in a thin, smooth layer.
  • Using the cling film to help, gently roll the salmon from one end to the other to form a tight roulade.
  • Serve straightaway or chill in the fridge until you're ready to serve.
