- 500 g Smoked Salmon
- 200 g Cream Cheese
- 1 tbsp Chives (Diced)
- 1 tbsp Dill (Diced)
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Garlic Granules
- ½ tsp Salt
Add the cream cheese to a mixing bowl. Add all the seasonings and herbs then mix until everything is well combined.
200 g Cream Cheese, 1 tbsp Chives, 1 tbsp Dill, 1 tbsp Black Pepper, 1 tbsp Garlic Granules, ½ tsp Salt
Lay a sheet of cling film on your work surface.
Arrange large slices of smoked salmon on top, slightly overlapping each piece to avoid gaps.
500 g Smoked Salmon
Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture over the salmon in a thin, smooth layer.
Using the cling film to help, gently roll the salmon from one end to the other to form a tight roulade.
Serve straightaway or chill in the fridge until you're ready to serve.
