Add lamb mince to a large mixing bowl followed by all the ground spices, diced parsley and ginger and garlic paste.
500 g Lamb Mince, 2 tbsp Parsley, 1 tbsp Ginger And Garlic Paste, 2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes, 2 tsp Cumin, 1 tsp Paprika, ½ tsp Salt
Use your hands to mix the seasonings into the meat until evenly distributed.
Portion the seasoned lamb mince into 8 to 10 even-sized balls. Take one ball and use your hands to mould the meat around a skewer. Watch the video to see how I did this.
Heat a pan or tawa on a medium heat and drizzle 1 to 2 teaspoons of oil. Place 2 to 3 koftas in the pan and fry for 3 to 5 minutes on both sides.

Notes
I like to separate the lamb mince into 8 balls to make 8 koftas, but you can easily make 10.To save time, whilst the kebabs are frying you can make the garlic sauce and prep the salad ingredients. You can also do this before starting this recipe.TIP: If you’re making these koftas on the grill, soak the wooden skewers in water to prevent it from burning. Otherwise, you can use flat metal skewers.
Garlic Sauce
Adding mayonnaise to the garlic sauce is optional, it helps to thicken the sauce and adds extra flavour. If you just want to use natural Greek yoghurt, double the amount and use 10 tbsp instead of 5 tbsp.
