Add all the dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix together until evenly distributed.
120 g Plain Flour, 30 g Cornflour, 1 tbsp Garlic Granules, 1 tbsp Onion Granules, 1 tsp Salt, ½ tsp White Pepper, 1 tsp Paprika
Add soda water to the dry ingredients and mix together until a batter has formed.
230 ml Soda water
Add oil to a pan over a medium heat.
Once the oil is hot, coat all sides of the fish fillet in plain flour, then dip it into the wet batter.
4 Fish Fillets
Fry the fish fillet for 4 to 5 minutes on one side, then flip it over and fry for an additional 2 to 3 minutes, or until golden. Place the fish on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil. Repeat with the remaining fish fillets.
Add the fish fillet to the burger buns, top with cheese and add tartar sauce.
