Homemade Filet-O-Fish Burger

Here's how to make McDonald's Filet-O-Fish burger in the comfort of your own home. This burger is exceptionally tasty!

Ingredients
 
 

  • 4 Fish Fillets
  • 230 ml Soda water (Sparkling / Carbonated Water)
  • 120 g Plain Flour
  • 30 g Cornflour
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Granules (Or Powder)
  • 1 tbsp Onion Granules (Or Powder)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp White Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Burger Ingredients

  • 4 Brioche Buns
  • 4 American Cheese
  • Tartar Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Add all the dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix together until evenly distributed.
    120 g Plain Flour, 30 g Cornflour, 1 tbsp Garlic Granules , 1 tbsp Onion Granules , 1 tsp Salt, ½ tsp White Pepper, 1 tsp Paprika
  • Add soda water to the dry ingredients and mix together until a batter has formed.
    230 ml Soda water
  • Add oil to a pan over a medium heat.
  • Once the oil is hot, coat all sides of the fish fillet in plain flour, then dip it into the wet batter.
    4 Fish Fillets
  • Fry the fish fillet for 4 to 5 minutes on one side, then flip it over and fry for an additional 2 to 3 minutes, or until golden. Place the fish on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil. Repeat with the remaining fish fillets.
  • Add the fish fillet to the burger buns, top with cheese and add tartar sauce.
