Bring a pot of water to a boil. Pour the ramen broth into a separate saucepan and bring it to a gentle simmer over a high heat.
500 ml Ramen Broth
Add the noodles to the boiling water, then reduce the heat so the water simmers. After 3 minutes (or according to packet instructions) remove the noodles and drain.
200 g Ramen Noodles
Once the broth is simmering, whisk in the miso paste until dissolved, then remove the broth from the heat.
1 tbsp Red Miso Paste
Add the cooked ramen noodles to your ramen bowls, followed by the broth, then add any toppings of your choice.
