Instructions
Start with defrosted and uncooked frozen croissants. Preheat your waffle maker and lightly grease it with butter or oil to help prevent the croissants from sticking to it.
1 Pack Frozen Croissants
Place icing sugar (or any type of sugar) in a large plate or bowl and coat the croissants in the sugar (this step is optional).
60 g Sugar (Any - Powdered, Caster Or Brown)
Place a croissant in the waffle maker and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until the waffles have turned golden brown in colour.
Once cooked, remove the croffle from the waffle maker and repeat for the remaining croissants.

Defrost frozen croissants at room temperature or in the fridge for a few hours or until the dough has defrosted and thawed.If you're using rolled out croissant dough, you'll need to create croissant shapes. To do this, cut the dough into triangles then gently roll it starting from the wide end of the dough.Depending on the size of the waffle maker you are using, you may be able to cook more than one at the same time.
