Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C Fan, gas mark 4) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Slice the croissants in the middle lengthways, try not to cut all the way through.
4 Croissants
Place a generous amount of cookie dough on one side of the croissant then close the croissant like a book.
250 g Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
Add extra cookie dough on top.
Bake in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until the cookie dough is brown around the edges and gooey in the middle.

How To Store
I store my leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 to 3 days. When reheating, you can warm the crookies in the oven or microwave for a few seconds, or you can enjoy them as they are.
