Marinate the beef and set it aside for later use (ideally marinate for at least 5 minutes if you have the time).
220 g Sirloin Steak, 1 tsp Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce, 1 tsp Shaoxing Wine, 1 tsp Cornflour, ½ tsp Salt, ½ tsp White Pepper
Heat oil in a wok over medium to high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 2 minutes or until the beef has browned on all sides. Remove from wok.
Add diced spring onions and garlic to the wok and stir-fry for 30 seconds.

Then add the rice, break up any clumps, and stir well.
250 g Cooked Jasmine Rice
Add the fried rice sauce into the wok and stir fry until the rice turns a golden-brown colour.
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce, 2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce, 1 tsp Sesame Oil, 1 tsp White Pepper
Finally, add the beef back into the wok and stir it through the rice until everything is well combined. Serve and enjoy!
