Instructions
Preheat the oven to 190°C (170°C Fan, gas mark 5).
In an oven dish, add all the ingredients except the dumplings. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
400 ml Coconut Milk,
3 tbsp Red Curry Paste,
1 tbsp Minced Garlic,
1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce,
1 tbsp Sesame Oil,
1 tsp Fish Sauce
Arrange the gyozas in a single layer, side-by-side, with the pinch side facing up.

Spoon the mixed filling evenly over the gyozas so they’re well coated.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the dumplings have softened and are piping hot all the way through.
Remove the dumplings from the oven and sprinkle any garnish of your choice (such as chilli oil, sesame seeds and diced spring onions).

Notes
I suggest starting with 1 tbsp of red curry paste and then add more to taste.
