Baked Dumplings (So Good!)

Here's how to make the best baked dumplings in a red curry and coconut milk sauce. It's ready in 20 minutes and tastes so good!

Ingredients
 
 

  • 24 Dumplings (Depending On Dish Size)
  • 400 ml Coconut Milk (One Can)
  • 3 tbsp Red Curry Paste (Alter To Your Taste)
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Fish Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 190°C (170°C Fan, gas mark 5).
  • In an oven dish, add all the ingredients except the dumplings. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
    400 ml Coconut Milk, 3 tbsp Red Curry Paste, 1 tbsp Minced Garlic, 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp Sesame Oil, 1 tsp Fish Sauce
  • Arrange the gyozas in a single layer, side-by-side, with the pinch side facing up.
    24 Dumplings
  • Spoon the mixed filling evenly over the gyozas so they’re well coated.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the dumplings have softened and are piping hot all the way through.
  • Remove the dumplings from the oven and sprinkle any garnish of your choice (such as chilli oil, sesame seeds and diced spring onions).

I suggest starting with 1 tbsp of red curry paste and then add more to taste.
