  • Line a baking tin with parchment paper and set aside for later use.
  • Pour the Terry’s chocolate orange pieces and condensed milk into a large mixing bowl and melt in the microwave.
I melted the mixture on a high heat, stopping the microwave every 20 seconds and mixing each time until melted. It took me roughly 3 minutes to melt in the microwave.
  • Once the chocolate has melted, mix the mixture together until fully combined.
I used a spatula to mix the ingredients together. Use a toothpick to pop any air bubbles that rise to the top.
  • Pour the fudge mixture into the lined baking tin and spread it out evenly.
  • Place the fudge in the fridge to chill overnight for best results or until hardened (2 to 3 hours).
  • Then cut the fudge into your desired shape. I cut mine into square chunks.

If you don’t have a microwave, you could also make this easy fudge on the stove. Simply heat the condensed milk and chocolate together stirring continuously until melted and mixed together. Then place in a lined baking tray and leave to chill.
