Double Chocolate Mug Cake (Moist & Gooey)
Here's how to make the best double chocolate microwave mug cake ever! It's gooey, moist, takes 5 minutes and has no eggs!
- 2 tbsp Plain Flour
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 2 tbsp Sugar White Or Brown Sugar
- 3 tbsp Milk
- ¼ tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil Or Any Neutral Oil
- ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Chocolate Chips Dark, White Or Milk Chocolate Chips
Add plain flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and sugar into a mug and mix together until evenly distributed.
Add milk, oil, vanilla and a generous tablespoon of chocolate chips into the mug and mix together until evenly distributed.
Add an extra tablespoon of chocolate chips on top of the cake batter.
Place in the microwave for 70 seconds, then take the cake out of the microwave. If it is not done, continue to microwave for 10 seconds each time until baked.
